Workplace Support: How to Handle Managers, Appeals, and Feedback Calmly

You come to me because you have questions about work and want to understand where you stand before raising anything formally.

I help you make sense of common workplace situations and think through how to approach conversations, reviews, or decisions calmly and proportionately.

I can talk through what's normal, what to expect, and how different options might land in practice.

If something moves beyond general HR guidance, I'll say so and signpost you to the right place, such as ACAS or an employment solicitor.

The aim is for you to leave feeling clearer and more confident about how to handle the situation.
